Meeting your driver at Charles de Gaulle (CDG)
Charles de Gaulle is the airport most of our passengers arrive at, and the one where the walk from the aircraft to the arrivals hall is longest. Your driver is tracking the flight, so the only thing you have to do is come out.

Where we meet you
In the arrivals hall, once you are through with your bags. Your driver is holding a printed sign with your name on it, the name you gave when you booked, so give us the one you would recognise. You receive the driver’s own number before the journey, so you can reach them directly the moment you land.

A long airport, and a sign with your name on it
Charles de Gaulle is spread across terminals that are effectively separate buildings, and the walk from a long-haul gate to the kerb can take longer than the drive to your hotel. None of that is your problem to solve: the driver knows the flight, knows the terminal it came into, and is already in the right hall before you reach it. Come out when you are ready.

This is the intercontinental airport, so the party that lands at Charles de Gaulle is usually the party that checked two cases each. Our economy car takes three passengers with two suitcases; four people with four large cases need the van, whatever the headcount says. If you are unsure, book the van, it costs less than a second car and nothing rides on a lap.
If your flight is late
Nothing. We track the flight, so the pickup moves with it and there is no charge for the delay. Once you have landed, the driver waits free of charge for 60 minutes after an international flight and 30 minutes after a domestic one, counted from when the aircraft actually lands, not from the time on your ticket.
If you cannot find your driver
Call us. Do not leave the arrivals hall and do not take another car, the line below is answered around the clock and we will put the two of you together. If your phone has no signal, the airport wifi is enough for WhatsApp.
