Data controller

GROUPE BLUE VAN PARIS, company number 808 428 452, 36 bis rue de Rouen, 93150 Le Blanc-Mesnil, France.

For any question about your data: contact@groupbluevanparis.com or +33 6 09 71 35 76.

What we collect

When you book we collect: your first and last name, your email address, your telephone number, the pickup and destination addresses, the date and time you want, the number of passengers, your flight number if you give it to us, the language you booked in, and any message you add.

These are the details needed to arrange and carry out the journey. We collect nothing else about you.

If you pay online, the payment is processed by PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg), acting as a separate controller for the payment. We send it the amount, the currency and the booking reference; you enter your card or account details directly with PayPal. We receive back the confirmation, its transaction reference, the method used (card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and the fee PayPal kept: no card details pass through our servers or are stored there.

Analytics and cookies

We use Umami, an analytics tool we host ourselves on our own server. Umami sets no cookie and creates no identifier that would let anyone follow you from one site to another. What we look at are volumes: pages viewed, which step of the form was reached, clicks on the phone number or WhatsApp. No personal data is sent to it, our code explicitly strips fields such as name, email, telephone and addresses.

Only with your consent, we also use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to measure visits to the site. Nothing is loaded from Google before you choose; if you refuse, or close the banner, no Google tool is loaded. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) in your browser.

Your choice is kept on your device for six months, then you are asked again. You can change it at any time with the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page.

Why we process it

Performance of the contract: arranging the journey, sending you the confirmation, and giving the driver what they need in order to collect you.

Legal obligation: keeping accounting records and invoices.

Legitimate interest: answering your enquiries, and measuring site traffic anonymously in order to improve it.

Consent: Google Analytics, only if you accept it.

Who has access

Staff at GROUPE BLUE VAN PARIS who handle bookings.

The driver assigned to your journey, who receives what the journey requires: name, telephone, addresses, date and time.

Our technical providers, strictly for their own role: OVH SAS for hosting the site and the database, in France; Google (Gmail) for delivering our email, and Google Analytics if you accept it; PayPal for online payments. Email delivery through Google may involve a transfer outside the European Union, covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell, rent or exchange any personal data.

How long we keep it

Booking records: three years from the journey, so that a complaint or a later request can be dealt with.

Accounting records and invoices, including the references and amounts of online payments and refunds: ten years, as required by law.

Traffic statistics: aggregated and non-identifying, they cannot single you out and are kept without a time limit.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing.

To exercise those rights, write to contact@groupbluevanparis.com, quoting your booking reference if you have one. We reply within one month.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, cnil.fr.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. Access to the booking database is restricted to authorised staff and password-protected.

The "My booking" link in your confirmation email contains a random identifier unique to your booking. It opens the page for that booking only, where you can see its details, ask for a change, cancel it and, if it was paid online, receive the refund our terms provide for.
