Online when you book, by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay: either a 30% deposit, with the balance paid to the driver in cash on the day, or the full price. The booking is confirmed as soon as the payment is accepted.
Yes, from the link in your confirmation email. 24 hours or more before pickup, the amount paid online is refunded, less the fees PayPal charged on the payment (shown before you confirm). Within 24 hours, or if you do not show up, there is no refund.
