Meeting your driver at Orly (ORY)
Orly is the closer of the two main Paris airports and the quicker arrival of the two. Your driver is tracking the flight and waits in the arrivals hall with your name.

Where we meet you
In the arrivals hall, once you are through with your bags. Your driver is holding a printed sign with your name on it, the name you gave when you booked, so give us the one you would recognise. You receive the driver’s own number before the journey, so you can reach them directly the moment you land.

How it works, in 15 seconds
The short run, and what that changes
Orly sits south of the city, and the drive into central Paris is the shortest of the three airport journeys we run, which is why it is also the cheapest on the table below. On a good morning you are at a hotel in the 5th or the 6th before you would have reached the RER platform at the other airport.
Short does not mean flexible
A short drive makes the pickup window tighter, not looser: there is less road in which to absorb a delay at your end. The driver still waits the full hour after an international landing, but if you know you will be slow through the hall, a pushchair, a wheelchair, an oversized case, tell us when you book and we will set the pickup accordingly rather than have you hurry.
If your flight is late
Nothing. We track the flight, so the pickup moves with it and there is no charge for the delay. Once you have landed, the driver waits free of charge for 60 minutes after an international flight and 30 minutes after a domestic one, counted from when the aircraft actually lands, not from the time on your ticket.
If you cannot find your driver
Call us. Do not leave the arrivals hall and do not take another car, the line below is answered around the clock and we will put the two of you together. If your phone has no signal, the airport wifi is enough for WhatsApp.
